The Guardian - Chapter 7Chapter 7
As the days pasted and the air around the North of North becomes colder as the leaves begun to turn from green to gold, red, and orange. Autumn herself had made a appearance; casually seen by viewers as she made her traditional journey though the forests. Autumn's very own journey was not the only thing that was going on; the tension throughout the North of North had become excited as for the Fall Festival was on it's way and preparations for it was on schedule as people and horses bustled around gathering thing here and there for the festival as sounds of joy and happiness came from all around. Out in the country and down a road; Sumatra sat on her pouch listening to all the sounds coming from up the road; as it drifted down to where she lived. Shaking her head slightly at the gall from up the road; and stretched out in her rocker. Sumatra sat there trying to decide on where to go next in search of Sara. Sara was the goddess of all horses and

Silverwings flow over the lands, using the river as a guild. She and Sumatra looked around the area trying to find any evidence of either Ala or Lily. Sumatra scanned the surroundings around her.
"Where are they?" Sumatra said staring out over the trees. "They couldn't have gone that far."
"I don't know, Lily can go rather far if she wanted too," Silverwings replied.
"Not after that!" Sumatra leaned over to look at Silverwings, who tilted her head to look at Sumatra in turn. "She'll be exhausted. I don't see how?"
Silverwings had no answer for that as she continued to soar over the treetops. Suddenly a flash of movement caught Sumatra's eye. Looking over to where she had saw it; she waited to see if she can see it again. There! A flash of brown darted though the trees and out into the open. It was Lily.
"Down there!" Sumatra called out, and Silverwings soared down to where, Lily was, who led them to where Ala had pitched a temporary camp. Ala sat o

They trended though the tall grass; looking around them. Their swords pulled out of there scabbards, and set at ready in hand and by their sides. Trees begun to surround them as the grassy opening had begun to shrink; as they filled it in. Sumatra looked around and found the silence nerving. There was no sound apart from the river, which slashed and rushed behind them.
"It's quite, to quite," said Sumatra, as she spun on the spot looking around the wooded area and up into the tree tops, to see if there was anything among the branches.
"It's eerie," Ala said glancing around. "Not even the twitter of a bird is heard."
"Disturbing, isn't," Sumatra replied.
Silverwings and Lily however as they walked; there ears rotated around them; picking up sounds that the humans couldn't heard. They looked in the direction of any sound; finding it not worth the worry, they walked on. Sudde

A small group of Wolf Riders and there wolves sat in a forest clearing, one of them was on the ground as a female rider knelt down beside him, in which she was stitching a wound on his thigh. He jerked a bit as she worked on the wound, and he chomping down hard on a stick in his mouth to stop from screaming out in pain.
"Hold still," she said, "Your only going to make it worst."
The other rider pulled the stick out of his mouth, to give a reply.
"It hurts Vonta," he yelled at her, and then he quickly placed the stick back into his mouth.
"Well I can't help it Tyren," Vonta snapped back, as she give another tug on the string, "maybe you should have let the Valnerian finish you off, if you didn't want to feel the pain."
And she gave a sudden yank as she finished closing the wound, which caused Tyren to let out a muffled yell though the mouth full of s

"Sumatra, what happened to you," said a young woman, about the age of eighteen. "You look horrible."
Sumatra, who was sitting on the ground, propped up against her saddle and saddle bags; looked up at her with weary eyes.
"Oh, thank you Ala," said Sumatra, with a hint of sarcasm in her voice. "You make me feel so much better. In fact you look just as horrible yourself since you were born from the same mother."
Ala is Sumatra's younger sister, who shares the same characteristics as Sumatra, with the sheet of long brown hair, and delicate features, but what separates her from Sumatra was that she had green eyes instead of blue. Ala was also a Valnerian herself.
"Sumatra I wasn't trying to be mean; you know," Ala said folding her arms staring down at Sumatra. "I can tell from the way you're acting right now is that you're tired."
At these words, Sumatra ha

That night a loud bang woke Sumatra out of her sleep. She rolled over in bed and stared sheepishly around the room. Sitting up a bit, she rubbed her eyes as she swung her legs over the bed's edge. Sitting there she tried to register everything around her, suddenly the noise erupted again and this time it caught Sumatra's attention. Crossing to the window, she looked out. The area around her cottage was peaceful, no living creature in sight. The bang came again. Instantly Sumatra dressed and headed for the door, down the stairs and out the front door. Strapping her sword's belt to her side as she ran, Sumatra headed to the source of the sound; the forest. Inside the forest the sound echoed around from every direction. Sumatra spun on the spot trying to gather were in exactly the sound was coming from. Then it stopped and the forest went silent. Confused, Sumatra followed the riding trail, stopping here and there to li
The Guardian - Chapter 1Chapter 1
A heated meeting was held in the cavernous meeting room of the Rolandsgaard castle. A man stood in the middle on the room, facing hundreds of humans and horses all from around the entire North of North; announcing to them about a situation that has begun to happen within the world. They watched him as he spoke to them, as he waved his hand in the direction of a young woman, who was waiting for her chance to speak.
"Ladies, gentlemen, and kind horses," He called out to them. "You were all called here to listen to the situation that has come upon us all. The leader of the Valnerians, (he glanced at the young woman, who rolled her eyes.) Had proclaimed that the Wolf Riders had returned and are becoming bolder then ever before, attacking villages and small towns.
At his words, whispers had flooded the large room, as horses and humans murmured among each other.
"However," he continued, "I find this rather hard to believe-"
